There quick to hang up in your face and aren’t very helpful
I went to this office for a copy of my son's birth certificate. The ladies at the front office were so helpful in giving me directions to the nearest office of vital records! Even though they don't offer walk in service at MDH offices, they were so patient with me. Thank you!
