I have reported provider abuse and toxic reporting to this organization along with proof in the providers narratives along with law enforcement narratives suggesting I was discharged from residential treatment as a person born 01/29/2024. According to the State of MN and VA employees licensed by the State of MN, I have been documented as living in two places at once since 15FEB2024 and I am one person.
