Second birth at the birth center. Both have been amazing positive experiences. Wonderful and supportive midwives and staff, both prior to arriving, during labor and post. So many things to say but in general all good. Would recommend to anyone. Of course all births are different but you’ll be taken care of. If it can be, it will be how you want it.
I’ve had 2 amazing births with the MN Birth Center. I’ve always felt supported to do things naturally with them. I can’t say enough about how grateful my husband and I are for them. Everyone is nice, encouraging, and knowledgeable. I don’t feel judged by any decision we make for our family. I plan to have all my babies with the MN Birth Center! Thank you for hiring such amazing staff.
I cannot recommend the Minnesota Birth Center enough! This was my fourth baby but first time at a birth center and I wish I could go back and have all my babies here! The prenatal care was great, I enjoyed all of the midwives I met. My birth experience was incredible- I felt SO supported and encouraged and could not have done it without the amazing team here! My midwife Sarah was ... read more
Full disclosure, we ended up accidentally waiting too long during labor and gave birth at home with our doula. The -2 star is because we had issues with a couple of the midwife’s. We made sure not to schedule with her again. Second, there were a couple of things that we explicitly said we were opting out of post birth that the midwife “took note of” during a pren... read more
MBC is an amazing place to give birth (my wife would attest - she has done it here twice). It's also great for prenatal and postnatal care. That said, it's not for everybody. If you want all the testing and care that a hospital or a standard obstetrics practice offers, you will be disappointed by MBC. Clearly some folks in the reviews missed that. But if you want a natural birth with fresh baked bread and honey after you welcome your little one, there is no better or safer place in Minnesota.
Minnesota Birth Center has a 3.9 star rating with 42 reviews.
Minnesota Birth Center is closed now. It will open tomorrow at 10:30 a.m.
