<p>I have had my tub for eleven years, and in the workout room of my home. Finally a problem and although I was able to beg for service, you need to know if anything goes wrong YOU are expected to take it in to the business. Not that easy for a 76 year old widow, that doesn't drive like she used to. I got them to agree to send someone in the near future, for a price! We tried to set up a service call for her. Which is not a problem. She called and we told her not a problem. When would be good. We told her there would be a fee. She said she had no money! I was all set to go. We thought she cancelled an appointment she never made. I will check back with her. I was going to go to her place when I had some bussiness in that area. She is about 1.5 hours away. I will see what I can do.
