I have had a couple medium duty trucks repaired here, friendly staff. Excellent rates compared to a dealership! Jim even went above by giving me a ride across town. Keep in mind at a dealership if they don’t have the part or order the wrong part you’re waiting another day. Minners has multiple sources to get your parts and get you back on the rd.
I had an issue with keys locked in my vehicle and they came immediately. Not only that, seeing my situation with an elderly parent who was en route to the ER, he said to stop and pay him when things settled down in my life. Wow! The kindness and compassion was unmatched. This is a place that obviously cares about people and I plan to frequent their garage many times in the future.
I unexpectedly blew a tire on the side of I-79 and the state police sent this gentleman to tow my car. I can’t speak highly enough of his professionalism, fair pricing, and kindness. Great experience during a stressful situation and I will definitely be back for future service.
This guy is a con. Took a supercharged grandprix in need of a flexplate. Afew days later It started making the same noise again and broke again. Towed it back and he tells me my engine crankshaft bearings are bad. What ??? Towed to a different mechanic and he found minners used a base model grand prix flexplate. Drilled out new holes with a hand drill and used wrong bolts. Obviously this made an unbalance and caused the bolts to loosen and break. He wont answer our calls and was supposed to ask his mechanic. Daughter wrecked and state police recommended Minners for the tow because I didn't know anyone else in the area. He went above and beyond with dealing with insurance and auto body place. I feel I owe him a favor, really professional and very appreciated!!
