All of the staff here are genuinely so nice! They’re patient and explain things well. I never feel rushed or pressured into anything. They really make you feel heard when you have questions. 10/10 experience!
I’ve been taking my cat to Minnepau for a little over two years. It was close to where I was living at the time. Even though I’ve moved further away now, I keep going back because I really like and trust this clinic! My cat has had a few different health issues in the time that I’ve had her. She’s my first cat too. The staff at Minnepau have been so helpful! Everybody at this clinic is very professional and kind.
We brought our newly adopted, Albert the Cat, in for teeth extraction - estimate was 4 but after they sedated him and took X-rays, it ended up being 9 that needed to be removed - most of them being shards under the gum line due to painful resorption. What an emotional journey it was for we pet parents! Kudos to Dr. Molly Doyle and staff for overlooking our angst (and crankiness) by providing us with updates throughout the surgery, comprehensive recommendations on how to proceed, and caring follow-up instruction.
