It seemed like we had found a hidden gem with amazing amenities, but it slowly turned into a nightmare. I had moved in spring of 2024 and moved out 6 months later. I had an apartment on the third floor. The first issue I encountered was a spider problem within the first month. Although pest control resolved the initial infestation, I consistently found spiders outside my window, far more than I had ever seen in any previous residence. The community is beautiful and clean. Our apartment is nice and everything works efficiently. The staff is amazing and do nice events for residents. They have a food truck night and do litte parties for the holidays! And sometimes they'll do a movie night! The gym has amazing equipment and is always clean.
Took my application and the fees and never got back to me, I was told the system is still processing weeks passed I never got any notification or refund.
