Consideration and empathy is severely lacking in leadership. I’ve watched year over year as amazing teachers exit for this reason. If you look at turnover in this school you’ll likely find it higher than other schools and that is likely contributed to the leaders at this school. If you can choose a school I would reconsider this one.
