Outstanding customer service.
Poor customer service. They have blown off several meetings with me, not responded to emails or online inquiries, and not returned phone calls. It is extremely difficult getting ahold of these advisors. Apparently they only attend to extremely wealthy clients?
We had been interviewing different financial advisors in an effort to improve our retirement plan. Mark appeared very interested and spent time in initial conversation about standard things like goals and strategies. For multiple reasons, we decided to go with another group. After informing Mark, we received some emails designed to hard-sell and produce guilt, as well as a request for 3K for “time spent”. Whew.
