My technician from the furnace repair service, who I'll call Brian, was incredibly pleasant and proficient in explaining the details of the contract. The service provided definitely offers good value for money. The repair team, including Terrence and Ezra, arrived promptly and performed an excellent job in Fridley. Much appreciated.

They went above and beyond by laying down mats to safeguard my flooring and tidying up afterwards. The new heater is a significant improvement over my former one. Kudos to them!

Brian did an outstanding job! When I inquired about how long he had been with Minneapolis Furnace Repair, he informed me it had been 10 months. I also asked him if he was happy working there and his reply was, 'I love it'. I would definitely employ the services of Minneapolis Furnace Repair again. I'm really pleased with this heater repair service, they're considerate, amiable, respectful, and they keep you in the loop. The technician, Brian, who came out was exceptional. In fact, he had to visit two consecutive days due to some issues with my heater, but thanks to his expertise, he got it up and running again. I highly recommend this team if you're in Fridley and in need of heater repairs.
