Alex is very knowledgeable, and responsive. He has been keeping me informed with each step and answered all the questions I have from the start to finish. His team is also wonderful. The project was nicely done. Highly recommend Alex and Minneapolis Decks!
I decided to go with Alex and his company for my porch project after seeing one of their completed projects in my neighborhood. The quality of the work and the attention to detail were top-notch. Everyone involved was professional and thorough. We're really happy with the result and would definitely recommend them.
Communication was average early on once we gave them a deposit in April, (we had to initiate contact regarding everything from that point) the job finally began in October. Here we are in July still dealing with issues regarding the deck, with little to no communication from Alex. I would not recommend.
I highly recommend Alex and his crew at MPLS Decks. From start to finish, he and his crew were professional, flexible and responsive. Alex went above and beyond answering my many questions and addressing any possible concerns. The quote was comprehensive and the contract clearly outlined expectations/expenses.
