I had my first Appointment at the Edina clinic with Dr. Stein today. It was a great experience and I left feeling like I was in good hands now. Dr. Stein and the staff at MCN were all friendly, prompt and not only listened well but asked a lot of questions regarding my symptoms and set forth a plan going forward. So pleased I call them!
I['m glad to hear Dr. Stulc is a good doctor. I'm changing doctors. My last doctor at the clinic made me wait 2 or 3 hours, then never went over my MRI or anything about my MS because he was too angry to even talk with me. Then he had the audacity to tell me that other patients were sicker...as if I didn't know. He was diminishing my suffering and struggle rather than apologizing for his inability to manage time and resources.
Dr. Stulc is absolutely amazing. I was diagnosed with MS in October 2001. Due to retirement, relocation and just not good rapport, Dr. Stulc is my sixth neurologist. She takes all the time necessary to explain thing in "patient" terms, not "doctor" terms. Not only is extremely knowledge about MS, she is empathetic and compassionate. I finally found the perfect neurologist for me. Thank you, Dr. Stulc!!!
Took my wife to see Dr. Dong today for some tests. Dr. Dong took exception to some of my questions and snapped at me. I was told " I already explained everything to you 3 times", shoved the tests results in front of me and told me to "google" the answers to my questions. At no time did I raise my voice or act in a disrespectful manner. I was trying to make sure I understood what I was being told. Her behavior was unprofessional, rude, and disrespectful.
