Do not go here these people do not care what so ever . I told them they would be my sleep doctors yet magically made up there own mind that i was going somewhere else for a doctor. Really appreciate the lack of care and medical help . Hope you go out of business.

Went to them 8 months ago dealing with migraine and muscle issues. They lost my first appointment so I should have known right there something was wrong. They did a followup after my 1st appointment, were going to get me on a medication the following week once they heard from my insurance. Told them I could just pay for it, they were gonna call me the next day. Been 5 months and 17 calls later, still waiting...

Run around after run around. No answers, no follow through. Now waiting to do labs, again and they still haven’t sent orders to our doctor for lab work. Doctor rushes and doesn’t talk with you, talks at you. Not going back here anytime soon.

Excellent Neurology care. This clinic employs the best physicians, nurses, medical support staff (lab, imaging, Neuro-testing including Neuro-Psychometric testing, etc.), and administrative support staff. Their infusion center is well-run and the staff makes getting an infusion almost pleasant! I highly recommend the Minneapolis Clinic of Neurology for all of your neurological needs.

I was instructed to make an appointment ASAP with them & when I called to make the appointment and read exactly what I had on my discharge papers from the ER she then proceeded to ask me rudely, “but what are you coming in for?” I told her all I knew and instead I got so embarrassed and felt so dumb for not having further knowledge for her that I just said never-mind and hung up. I do not recommend this place because of their patient communication and reception rude/tone.

I have neurological issues due to an untreated issue, but Dr. Bazakos said that he reviewed my chart and doesn't feel he can help me. In my chart it lists my diagnosis's. When you study up on what I have, you find that one of my issues can lead to neurological issues which are starting to set in and the symptoms have been documented. Been Coming here since 2005 Seeing Dr. Ingentio, One of the best Dr's a girl can ask for.. Very Educational, personal, down to the point.. Highly Educated man.. Highly recommend him if you get that chance!

I was greatly disappointed in the treatment of my mother in the Golden Valley clinic. I was contemplating leaving the practice all together, but when I was transferred to the Edina clinic, I was happily greeted by Thuyen. She listened to all of my concerns, made sure that Doc would be informed and assured me that things would be made right. She was empathetic, professional, kind and extremely helpful.
