Over many years the Minmi Hotel was my favourite place to enjoy a meal, with an excellent quality of food served was actually the best around by far. Approx 12 months ago it seems different people in the kitchen, have resulted in me never now wanted to go back. From a steak sandwich a few months ago, were the steak was totally inedible and left on the plate (feedback supplied). The corn bread & siracha butter starter was full of flavour, my wife's $14.00 Wednesday Schnitty hit the spot, my salt and pepper squid (with chilli flakes) was cooked perfectly, the beers were ice-cold, and they were all served up by friendly staff. Happy to recommend! One year on and not much has changed except for the menu, the corn bread was D-lish, wife's salt and pepper squid was succulent and my BBQ Bourbon wings were superb!
Beautiful food, loved the menu.
