Dr munkis. The one time out of the year I actually needed you
Undoubtedly, Dr. Minkus is an excellent doctor; however, my experience dealing with his office—especially regarding medication management—has been extremely frustrating. Communication is consistently lacking, and requests seem to be overlooked or delayed, giving the impression that there is either insufficient staffing or little to no attention given to patient needs. This has made an otherwise positive experience with the doctor himself very disappointing.
