During the week of Thanksgiving, various units in my mother’s senior apartment community in Baltimore, Maryland experienced a small fire and major water damage. My Hot Water heater broke and I reached out to Minkoff immediately. By 11:30 they had a crew at my house, clearing up the water and removing the carpet and padding. Yanira U and Hector L were the first to arrive and quickly started clearing out the water. Once the carpet and padding were removed, we determined what else needed to be removed.
