Lovely food lovely service
Delicious and fresh food with wonderful, attentive service. Minka has become our favorite restaurant in the area! Cannot go wrong with any of their ceviche dishes (we’ve tried them all), the pork belly chaufa and steak anticucho- but honestly everything on the menu is great. BYOB. So happy for this neighborhood gem!
Such a hidden gem in cliffside Park! And do you know how I came across this place? I asked tiktok for a Japanese restaurant recommendation for dinner in New Jersey and this place popped up! It's a cute little restaurant with plenty of street parking. Service was on point--never missed a beat, but not overbearing! I drive from queens just to have this. I love sushi but something about Peruvian sushi hits different. You get fresh fish but the flavors are explosive. The sauces are amazing and everything marinated and blends so well together. Please give this place a try because they deserve more hype!
