Awful! Shame!!! They waste my time! I booked an appointment online and they were not at the location!!! or maybe didn't open the door, and didne't answer the phone!!! How can be such an inconsidrate!!!

Their online booking system provides an unreachable phone number nobody answers - the building's Concierge called the unit's resident & said it was a male who never expected any visitors/definitely not a lash technician. Very strange time-wasting experience.

Zherisse is the owner of Mink Wink and she gave me the lashes I always wished I was born with. :) Zherisse spent the time to talk with me in advance of my appointment to figure out the look I was seeking and how make it work with my specific eye shape & lifestyle. In the end I looked 10 years younger. Zherisse has a beautiful dedicated spa room in a lux apartment. Everything was top notch, and very relaxing, and exceptionally clean. This was one of the best lash experiences I have ever had. Zherisse is so pleasant, so patient and awesome to talk to. She takes a lot of pride in her work and it really shows. I have been going to her for a few months and each set just gets better and better. Highly recommended.
