I debated between 2 or 3 stars, but overall I wouldn't recommend Mink Lash for eyebrows. My whole experience felt very unorganized, and I'm not sure if it's an issue from Mink Lash itself, or the technician I got in Yaletown... First, she asked me questions that made it look like she had no idea of what service I booked, and it made it a little confusing to me. I get my lashes done with Alyssa from Mink on a regular basis. My experience with both the salon and Alyssa are excellent and I am consistently very happy with my service. Alyssa takes the time to explain to me how to care for my lashes to ensure that they last as long as possible. I have always been happy with my service here and the management has done a great job of keeping the facilities clean and inviting. Had my lashes done at the Yaletown location and the studio is wonderful! From the beds to the blankets and especially the staff. The staff is super sweet, the lash techs are very kind and caring and truly cater to your style! Every experience at Mink Lash is just amazing! 10/10 recommend Mink lash!
I've been to dozens of lash places and this is definitely the best. Alyssa does amazing work and the staff and management is very friendly. Highly recommended.
