Horrible office. I switched doctors, and the doctor apparently provided notice to the office that she was leaving. They were supposed to call me after and setup a follow up appointment. And completely dropped the ball. When I realized that they never setup an appointment. Called and tried to get an appointment with another doctor. They can't see me until next year. Meanwhile other patients, have already seen the other doctor at least once. Worst administrative office staff I have ever seen.
My experience was great. The young ladies in the front treatedme nicely understood everything and Dr. Kim was great and explaining everything and taking her time and listening overall great visit
I had a great visit with Dr. Kim recently. She was very kind, personable, and took plenty of time to listen to my concerns. I am very pleased to have chosen Dr. Kim to care for my health needs.
Greatest doctor that I’ve recently here in Florida !
