Pulling into the front of Long and McQuade off of Main Street we hit a curb divider hard enough to cause enough damage to the undercarriage of my Civic so that it was loudly scraping the road. We were kind of in a bind because we had a carload of perishable groceries and we still had to get back to Vancouver. This is my second or third time bringing my vehicle to this shop location here in North Vancouver and I never had a chance to leave a review. I have visited this shop and dealt with Steve and his team. They raised my vehicle on the hoist and showed me the rust and the wobbly parts on the axle. They replaced the rear rotor breaks, the outer tie rod, the two rear calipers (one which needed urgent replacement.)
