Very thorough and worked on finding a problem that had 'disappeared' which impressed me.
My car was struggling and had a noise. I was able to bring it in the same day. Lots of attention was given diagnosing and testing and researching comparative issues w same model car elsewhere. Everything explained. I was billed only for a maintenance package including oil change, and the car is very happy now. Amazing!
I have a 2011 Ford Escape Hybrid. Roy did diagnostics for free and advised to contact Ford dealer due to ABS code. I went to a Jacobson Ford dealer, I was charged $133 for the diagnostic and estimated cost of repairs 4000! ABC module and if not fixed HCU I said no! Went back to Roy and asked him to flush the brakes, cost $116 on Dec 31. 500 km after, all is good. Can you imagine the clown in dealer shop estimated 4000 for repairs!!
Great car service and very good honest mechanic
Roy was very honest with us and explored a few options of fixing our car. Nice to be able to trust the mechanic. Will definitely come back if we have any other issues with the car in future!
