The mechanic that runs this shop is one of the best I’ve ever come across. In my experience, he over delivers, and has been faster than expected. I’ve got a very old vehicle, and as a result numerous things go wrong over time. He’s been on it and had me out the door ahead of schedule. Can’t recommend this place enough.
I can’t thank Roy enough for helping me when I was in a very stressful situation. I was driving back to Regina from Vancouver when my power steering belt came off. I stopped at several mechanic shops in Salmon Arm but unfortunately no one was willing to help me. Roy was the only person who took the time to help. He quickly fixed the problem, got me safely back on the road and showed real kindness and professionalism. It is rare to find someone who genuinely cares about helping people.
