The entire staff at this location are just WONDERFUL! I have had very bad experiences at other urgent care centers on Maui but not here. The staff here, from reception, to nurse assistants to the doctors, to the PT providers are all so warm and welcoming and have always made me feel so comfortable here. I highly recommend this facility for dignified care. 5 stars easily. Mahalo!!
The front desk lady was very rude, then forgot about me - came up to me after 1.5hrs (was told 50min wait) & said “Oh, you are still here ?”. NP Jennifer was amazing, though :)
Took an hour to see the NP despite having an appointment. Unfriendly front desk person though the provider herself was great.
Won’t honor prescription given to me to fill.
