So I make an appointment and tell them the service I need for my child. Wait 40 minutes in the examination room for them to come in to tell me that they cannot perform this service. Here is the best part, I never receive a billing statement but get a collection letter about 60 days afterwards. Call and pay the amount due and ask for a statement to be sent to me. Never get a statement but a Im still receiving collection letters for a debt I should have never had and paid anyway, WTH!
