i was just trying to figure out if i could walk into the urgent care to get my back checked but when they sent me to the billing department and when i clicked the automated options like press 2 for so and so it wouldn't do anything and just kept repeating the message. the people who i was actually able to talk to were nice thats why i put 2 stars. i learned nothing from this expierence. still have no idea whether insurance is needed or what type of payment plan i can get so i can get help edit: since i wasnt actually able to... read more
Had an issue on a Friday late PM and ended up going in at 7:15, and they close at 8. Service was exceptional and we were out by 8:10. The 3 people we dealt with were all very nice and knew what they were doing. Great facility as well. Clean, modern and bright. I would go back without a second thought.
If you have a loved one at aspirus- KEEP THEM AWAY FROM DOCTOR OKOTIE! My father was improving under 2 other doctors- but when Okotie took over, he suddenly and rapidly declined and died in less than a week. And doctor Okotie laughed about it. He has practiced in more than 6 states- he continuously has to relocate because of malpractice. Remember that hospitals have infinite funds- you’ll never be able to win a law suit- so if you want actual medical CARE, STAY AWAY FROM OKOTIE.
Not a bad place just a few doctors that don’t belong in this field in this location and wait time isn’t terrible
Why is IT so damn difficult to figure out the Doors here?! I tried to pick up my Friend from the ER and could not find the door she came out of. The signs for emergency make absolutely no sense! Fix your damn arrows!!! IF i had someone dying in my car they would probably die because id have to spend 30 minutes just trying to find the stupid ass door!
