Not a bad place just a few doctors that don’t belong in this field in this location and wait time isn’t terrible
Why is IT so damn difficult to figure out the Doors here?! I tried to pick up my Friend from the ER and could not find the door she came out of. The signs for emergency make absolutely no sense! Fix your damn arrows!!! IF i had someone dying in my car they would probably die because id have to spend 30 minutes just trying to find the stupid ass door!
I was seen here 11/27/23 because the Tomah VA did nothing 10/31/23, about 4 weeks before. I've been seen here 3 or 4 times in the previous 3 years for the same problem. No diagnosis & was here 11/27/23 about 2 hours in a room waiting on a abdominal CT scan & another 90 minutes, had the IV pulled & came home with no diagnosis or treatment. Why does a person have to go back 3 or more times for a simple problem?
We received amazing care from your urgent care facility yesterday. We were given a room within seconds of walking in the door, our nurse was friendly, knowledgeable and incredibly kind. Our Dr took the time to really look into what was going on, was wonderful about explaining things to us and was patient and professional. We have lived several places in the Midwest and recently moved to Point. This was by far the best urgent care/walk-in experience we have ever had! Receptionist was so incredibly RUDE to everyone that came in including us Things she said are, "hellooo? I'm asking you a question" And making us seem stupid for asking questions Unfortunately her name tag was covered by her jacket ALSO the wait time for the emergency room was AT LEAST an 1-2 hrs!!!!! Unbelievable!!!!!!!!
