Incredibly, unnecessarily rude. We recently moved to the area and got my own hair and my daughters hair cut here, they made us wait and the cuts were just okay, but I wasn't fussed. A week or so ago I booked a 15 minute consult for a fringe trim for my child, which I accidentally forgot about in the busy day. When I rang to rebook I sincerely apologised and the woman, Susi (who is the owner of the salon), was unbelievably rude and made me feel like a criminal for missing a 15 minute appointment.
