very nice staff
I walked into my room & overheard the nurses say "frequent flyer." Mind you this was my 2nd time being here but that's beyond the point. I carry an epi pen because I can't have NSAIDs which makes my options for pain control extremely minimal. When Drs in clinic don't have openings, this is where I end up. All of mine and my 13 year olds current and past meds were in my chart. Allergies, too. I left without them bothering to fix this potentially fatal error. Billing department is horrible! They have everything mixed up! I'm paying double bills! Insurance fraud! And when you call the financial dept there's never a manager or supervisor to speak to. Ridiculous at its best! Just don't go there! I have over 60 hours in on the phone with Aspirus and they still have everything mixed up! They threatened to send my bill to collections after I already paid the bill 18 months prior! Just horrible! These days and times, who can afford to pay a bill twice?
Dr. Roberts is one of the best doctors I have seen in the merrill ER/walk in, in a very long time. He not only made sure he listened to my concerns but told me that he would be there all week and to bring my child back if need be. His nurse Walter was amazing as well! Thank you both so so much for being compassionate and caring you have no idea how long it’s been since I have felt heard within the aspirus system.
