The building process started out with such great promise, but has faded quickly. Promised made are broken, phone calls ignored, emails ignored, workmanship is sub standard, things left undone or need to be redone. Worse of all the company principles act like its the fault of the buyer. Worse customer relationship practices I've ever encountered.
