Can I give Zero star? T_T The worst shopping experience, without a doubt. Can you imagine they refuse to refund under below conditions: 1. The item doesn't work at all. 2. 3 continuous exchange don't work at all. 3. Refuse to refund for the reason of final sale but didn't tell me during payment. 4. I requested to refund with receipt and defecting video. 5. The receipt says items are refundable within 7 days. Shameful store.
Bought an electronic toy from this MINISO (Unit 420, Lansdowne Centre) on Nov 30, 2025, and it turned out to be defective right out of the box. It’s supposed to light up and make sounds when you press the button, but the unit I got was basically short-circuited: constant buzzing noise, button barely working, and it wouldn’t even turn off. I went back to the store on Dec 1, 2025 and showed the issue to staff (I even had a video). Instead of offering a refund, they said the toy was “exchange only” and refused a full refund.
