I don’t know if there’s some unspoken code at miniso that the cashiers have to be rude at all times but every single time I’ve gone into the store, the cashiers have terrible customer service skills. I approached the cashier today, and she was genuinely cutting me off to wrap up the transaction faster. She didn’t make eye contact, and blatantly ignored me when I asked a question. Unsure why this store has been review bombed on here. Had a completely normal experience shopping there yesterday. This miniso had the best Chiikawa section I have ever seen in any miniso I've been to. No complaints I'm very happy.
On Saturday, I visited the Miniso store to shop for my nephew and niece. The cashier's name was Smile—I asked for her name before leaving the store because I wanted to recognize her excellent customer service. She was very patient, polite, and kind throughout my visit. No wonder this store at Masonville Mall has the most 1-Star Google Review. No wonder why people come and shop here. Their products are cheaply made and breaks. There is no exchange or return policy. Almost $20.00 for a blind bag. You can buy better things from Spencer’s or Hot Topic at Masonville Mall. The staffs are also strict and goes around near customers supervise you thinking you are breaking their products. Do your part and please avoid coming to this store.
