BE CAREFUL SHOPPING HERE: I was disappointed by how rigidly the staff enforced the “you break it, you buy it” policy. It was an honest accident involving a tester that was already about half empty and had been placed awkwardly, making it easy to knock over. Despite the circumstances, I was expected to pay $10 for it so they can open a brand new one. It seems like a lot of people have had issues specifically with this store with this policy too. The items on the shelf are so easy to fall. When I touched a bottle, it fell and broke. Then they ask me to pay for it. They got all the profit but transfer risks to customer. So best option for customer is to don’t go.
