Miniso offers a fun and appealing product selection, but the shopping experience at the Belleville location leaves much to be desired. During multiple visits, the store inventory has felt static, rarely offering new arrivals or refreshing the merchandise. Furthermore, the customer service consistently falls short of professional standards. I enjoy shopping at Miniso, but the Belleville Location is rather mediocre. The stock almost never seems to change, and every-time I’ve went, the staff have been unfriendly and seemed completely uninterested in their jobs. Most of the time they won’t even greet you, and sometimes they’re just on their phones.
Updated – Avoid this company at all costs. If you receive a defective or broken item, do not expect any help, they refuse to offer exchanges or refunds. I contacted MINISO Canada and was completely ignored. Consumer Protection will not assist for amounts under $50, leaving customers with no recourse. Bottom line: this company takes your money and offers no accountability or customer support. Buy at your own risk.
Girl charged higher than actual price. Be aware of such people sitting at o . Their friends come and they involve in talking . They behave like the people employed there is the owner himself. No customer service.
Unfriendly staff, several times the employees are speaking on the phone while at the register serving customers. Absurd return policies, but the real issue here is employee based.
