I went into the store planning to buy a handheld fan, but I left without buying anything. Two female employees looked at me and my children, and started whispering to each other. It made us feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. I was very disappointed by the experience.
Monday, 10:30 AM, the store is closed. Opening hours start at 10:00 AM. More than 10 customers left while I was waiting. The security guard confirmed that it opens at 10:00 AM. The reasons for the delay are unknown. This disrupted my gift-buying plans. I was leaving town and couldn't wait any longer ((

I checked the City of Lougheed website and found that gift cards can be used at Miniso in the mall, but the clerk told me no. I don't understand.
