Went in this morning and had a few items to purchase. There was one employee on the floor restocking items. I was ready to pay but there was no one at the register. I waited a little bit and then finally got the employee’s attention. She rang up my items and started tapping on the screen. After a few moments she tells she can’t sell me the items because it’s not showing up. I said oh ok, I’ll go to another store and come back(hoping she’ll have it figured it out by then). I visited MINISO at Orland Square a few weeks ago for the first time. For context, this is the 3rd time ever going to Orland Square, but the first time I went, they didn’t have MINISO, and I’m so happy they added my favorite store ever to the mall. As always, MINISO has the cutest stuff ever, but the prices can be pretty high. I usually only shop the clearance section to find good deals and shop on a budget. usually fine going in here but the three workers were nonstop yelling at each other and talking about fighting each other bc one kept insulting the other. if its not that, its super rude workers. generally not a great location to stop at anymore.

My niece and I went in to redeem a coupon for a blind box birthday gift. If you’ve been here before than you know some of the boxes don’t have prices on them so I asked one of the employees how much one of them was because the coupon clearly has a limit. When I asked the employee she was talking to another associate at the time and looked at me and said “$27” in the rudest way like I inconvenienced her conversation and proceeded to talk to her coworker.
