I was there a week ago for haircut. They messed up my hair completely. The lady left me with a bob that is very uneven and longer on side. This is just not acceptable. On top of it, the hair dresser would argue and try to discredit my opinions. I should honestly ask for my money back. I would not recommend going to this place.
Drove 20 min to take my toddler son here today and was told they didn’t have the apt. Then when they pulled it up, apparently the man they booked with doesn’t do boy cuts, which the apt description said. Too stressful to continue to come here. As toddler parents know, you can’t exactly sit around for 20 min and wait for your toddler to be seen when an apt isn’t honored.
