Wish this type of service and staff was available at every shop I go to. Can't speak highly enough of everyone at this store. Rang them about a 10 piece pot set and the lady I spoke to put aside. Arrived 1 hour later for pick up and different staff member attended to me and knew exactly who I was. Once home I discovered a small flaw in one of the pots and after ringing them was told they could replace immediately no problem.
