A doctor’s offices operational quality is extremely dependent on competent medical professional staffing. Dr. Li has impeccable credentials and is a very skilled doctor. However, his administrative staff is highly incompetent. I can’t ascertain exactly why his staff lacks professional competence in scheduling, patient communication, and patient time management other than inexperience and lack of resources. His practice would be so much better if he hired better staffing.
Dr. Li and staff are very helpful, nice, & professional. Dr. Li and his assistant spent a lot of time with me listening to my issues and looking at my records. This was my first visit but it was a very positive visit after many years of difficultly getting help regarding my medical issues. I’m hopeful after this visit.
I cant recommend doctor li enough his a a great surgeon he was done 2 of my surgeries already im recovering from one he did yesterday
Excelente atención. Desde el Dr Li, hasta los administrativos y asistentes. Aunque es un procedimiento doloroso, la contención del equipo y el trato amable y empatico, hacen que sea fácil de llevar. Recomiendo al Dr Li y equipo, por su especial atención y contención al paciente.
Dr. Li was great from beginning to the end and he made my third back surgery experience great even though I was scared.
