The nurses and doctors were amazing before during and after my biopsy . Explained very clearly with accuracy! I recommend them 100%to anyone !
The staff were always courteous. Hold times on phone were minimal. But they put a price on someone's life. Do not use this service if you want to stay alive. I had someone who needed their services desperately, but because there was an issue with insurance, that I was in the process of resolving they refused to make the appointment for the procedure she needed. Now it is too late for her. So if you value yourself or your loved ones life do not use this provider.
Pros: Less invasive that surgery Cons -Office staff unresponsive or unable to verify concerns or admit mistakes -Multiple paperwork issues and incorrect procedures noted -On-call postop number failed 2 out of 3 times it was used -No post-op communication and no follow up with the operating dr -Out-of-network for insurance and therefore expensive I was referred by my Urologist Dr. Essrig for an ablative removal of a mass on my left kidney. I recently had a bone biopsy performed by this group. They are amazing, professional, kind, compassionate, and wonderful to work with. My experience could not have been better. They turned a very frightening sounding procedure into something I could manage easily. The procedure was done by Dr. Garbett and his two amazing nurses. I like this place Dr Garbett knows his craft and this is comforting when someone is treading a catheter trough your Arteries, I have no complaints
