Our project took about two years to be completed, but we are very happy with the end result. We were very fortunate to have a manager like Scott overseeing the construction of the unit; his attention to detail made us feel very confident in this being an ADU that we will be able to use for a very long time.

We are so in love with our new studio space and MLC did a great job at managing expectations, controlling quality, and addressing our concerns quickly. Jason and Scott were exceptional. Every construction project is messy and unpredictable, but this one felt easy thanks to clear communication and the fact that MLC has done over 100 of these units. I don’t think we could have done a custom build at this quality for this price. We will be recommending MLC to anyone looking for a modern ADU.
MLC has done an awesome job on building our ADU and I love it!! I had the ‘Live’ unit built in my backyard and I have been impressed from beginning to end on my project. All the staff at MLC have been excellent – communicative, patient, thorough and helpful in many ways. Whenever I had a question, no matter how dumb it was, they patiently answered my questions.
