Rang up on Sunday morning at 9.00 for an emergency appointment. Spoke to the nurse who was very undestanding and listened to my concerns. Gave me options and then made me an appointment for 10.30. Once there we saw a fantastic vet who was so caring and good with my older dog, she took her time and answered questions and gave lots of advice. We came home feeling like everything had been done that was needed and that our usual vet would take over on Monday. I would highly recommend this service to anyone if needed. First time we have used this vet as are dog needed out of hours care but sadly she passed away as we entered the car park.The staff on duty was so caring and looked after all are needs.I would recommend this practice to anyone.A special thank you to the staff on duty.

We had an early morning appointment with the out of hours vet at the beechwood practice ..the vet was waiting for us and we had our dog put to sleep we were treated with great care and kindness which we really needed as we had been dreading that moment We had wanted to see our usual vet who has been constantly brilliant but decided we couldn’t wait we felt she had just had given up and she was feeling pain ..I think the vet was called angelic she explained the procedure and it was all over very quickly we were upset but very... read more
