Roth installed a $16K subzero at my house. I got home and it was not cooling. The reason it was not cooling was because the installers did not check to see if it was working. To make matters worse their pre-check on site administrator Conner did not respond to my texts asking when the team would be back to see what happened. The only person who did try to assist me was the sale rep [Carter] from Slyman Brothers.
