This company is unreliable. They advertise next day coverage. Forget about coverage, I applied and didn't even get a response for days. Almost a week later, and still no coverage. Meanwhile, my deadline is tomorrow. With their advice I will go elsewhere. Brilliant.
I’m genuinely baffled how this business has lasted 50 years. The website looks like it was built by a child—so outdated and dysfunctional that I had to call just to register. The woman who helped me made it feel like I was inconveniencing her by even calling. She said if I didn’t get a payment link, they’d call me… but no one ever did. Didn't refund me my premium. Didn't follow up or respond to the email they specifically told me I needed to send. Didn't return my phone call. Denied my claim.
