Our neighbor sold their house on 1st of August, and after multiple attempts to get Minic to remove their sold sign on the verge in front of our house with no result. I've had to contact the local council to try make them do something, because it seems like they've decided to abandon it (30th of October I'm writing this!).
Our contract ended with them in November, 2024. Since our home is still available on Realestate.com.au and it is for sale but it is NOT! I contacted my (ex)Realestate agent who said he will take care of it. One month later nothing happened. I emailed to the office, they said it takes a few days, that was a week ago, ad is still on. They are after quick cheep sale. Surprisingly, a few houses down the street, a house with worse conditions got sold within 3 days with a different agent. Sales Agent Sean Dunn is very unprofessional. I attended an Home Open and wanted to place an offer. He promised to call back but did not. ,neither did he respond to my calls. Very Frustrating
