Sales Agent Sean Dunn is very unprofessional. I attended an Home Open and wanted to place an offer. He promised to call back but did not. ,neither did he respond to my calls. Very Frustrating
Our contract ended with them in November, 2024. Since our home is still available on Realestate.com.au and it is for sale but it is NOT! I contacted my (ex)Realestate agent who said he will take care of it. One month later nothing happened. I emailed to the office, they said it takes a few days, that was a week ago, ad is still on. Absolutely dismal, unprofessional, inconsiderate, inattentive, disorganised, appalling... The buying process was an absolute nightmare and the agent's communication skills was terrible!!! Definitely find yourself another real estate company if you're selling your house.
I don’t know how this Realestate is still in business. Doesn’t reply to multiple emails inquiring about property for sale. I would definitely not recommend this agent if you are looking to sell your house. The ads state contact agent but the agent doesn’t respond. Unfortunately for the poor seller we went elsewhere. The agent won’t be getting his commission from me.
