Safety is only a priority when they can get there money, apparently you have to be over 18 over to supervise kids when not on the equipment even though a adult was right there but when 3 girls gang up on kids and kick them in the face like they did to my kid and several others that’s ok. Get you priorities straight I won’t be supporting this branch anymore!
Perfect place for kids to play when is not too crowded , which is during business day.
Friendly staff and good location, kids had fun with plenty of different areas to play, loved the healthy food options and such reasonable pricing. Was busy but wasn’t loud & suffocating like other play centres can be, highly recommend will definitely be back
Great place for young kids. Our 18 month old had an amazing time. Lots to do. We'll be back
The staff were brilliant. Bella was wonderful with the kids and made the birthday girl feel incredibly special. She also kept us well informed about any little injuries, which we really appreciated. The food was excellent – everyone thoroughly enjoyed the sushi and the coffee cards. The private room was lovely, and so many guests commented on what a beautiful event it was. Everything ran very smoothly.
