As a qualified ae and business owner myself Ordered a loom for a vehicle to save the customer $ The wrong loom was supplied and mini world was not interested in arranging a professional resolution, instead told me I didn’t know what I was doing and needed to take it to an auto elec. Having done numerous complete rewires without a supplied loom, I had to make the loom from scratch and wear the costs of a part I won’t be able to return. Was very disappointed with the lack of service. I wouldn’t and won’t be recommending

Surely you people who gave possitive reviews can't be referring to the business at Shane Park 🤔 I must agree with Brendan's review. First off let me say there were issues on my behalf that led to delays regarding my Mini notified owner of all of these i was paying what i could when i could Car was dropped of in 2022 finally finished ( 2024) and paid in full to an extremely low standard I won't elaborate the list of faults were many it seems close enough was good enough car wasn't test driven prior to picking up i explained ... read more

Customer Experience with Mini World Australia – Triple Gauge Cluster Purchase On May 10th of this year, I purchased a triple gauge cluster for my Leyland Mini from Mini World Australia. Alex was a gentleman, took his time to help me and even referred me to some other suppliers for chrome work. Very helpful and has a pure passion for minis! His cars are a work of art.
