My experience with Andrew was truly exceptional. He has a vast knowledge of Mini Coopers and demonstrated a deep appreciation for them. He was able to thoroughly understand my concerns and provided a fair quote. In my opinion, his service was far superior to what I have experienced at a local dealership in the Bay Area. Best place I took my mini in the last 10 years in the Bay Area/Peninsula. More than a fair price and fast. They also fixed my AC (which another mechanic in the area had told it was beyond repair). They were quick, cheap and went beyond what was asked. If there were 6 stars I would have put them.
