I appreciate Kyle's professional advices and kindness. He helped me to prioritize what to fix first when the estimated costs exceed budget . Now my engine sounds good and driving is very enjoyable. I love mini. There's a reason why I choose to stay with my mini for long.
Staff were really nice! They send you updates to your phone you can even see the mechanics working on your car and they explain in detail on a voice recording. Then they double washed my car to make sure it was spotless and offered to send an uber to get me when the service was done. Great experience!
Went to get my seasonals swapped out and my service advisor tried to charged me $280 ... $180 for the alignment alone. I shared I had never paid that previously so she looked up my account apparently and then reduced it to $100. Why must this place be this way? : (
Purchased a certified pre-owned 2021 Cooper from MINI Vancouver and just got my first service today for an oil change. Had a great experience with Kyle, he was very kind, honest and professional. The service I have received since owning this vehicle has been fantastic.
