Extremely unprofessional practices, invasive behavior, and predatory trade-in tactics. Their service department uses Ai agents now to take calls or make them. Impossible to discuss service requirements if they deviate from standard service, I feel totally ignored as a human customer. I won't come here to service after the warranty is out.
