I've been a customer of this family owned and run storage facility for going about 5 yrs now. They are very friendly people who are communicative with their tenants. As well as very understanding when life throws you a curve ball. And in these economical crazy times you truly can't beat their prices. I truly wouldn't want to have a unit anywhere else.
This is a really good Storage Facility I've been storing things at Mini Storage Of Kingwood for over 17 years and never had any problems, no body has never broken in to any of my storages. The Owners are very friendly good trustworthy people and they live on Property. They have all types of storages and spaces all at really reasonable prices. I have 3 big storage units that I rent and store vehicles and other house hold items with them. I've used other Storage Facilities in the past and been broken in to and they stole items... read more
Very unprofessional facility. My number was given out to another customer because of a mix up in storage unit number. And i was being accused of trying to steal another persons vehicle over a simple mix up. As well as the release of my property from storage to another person without notification to me beforehand or clarification before release. Been using them for storage for years they're amazing the people that own the place are some of the nicest humblest people you're ever gonna meet in your entire life they do a great job at keeping the facilities clean and safe true American success story old man that runs the place with his wife and kids bought the land and built it up to be a good business they really do take pride in the locasian and their prices are affordable
