Staff interactions could be warmer and more communicative, especially during check-in and checkout. The doctor was knowledgeable and addressed my questions, but some explanations and instructions felt rushed or unclear, which made parts of the visit a little confusing. Overall, the clinic is alright, I would just improve how things are communicated to the patient.

The doctor herself is excellent, but her staff and front desk are an absolute nightmare. One of the front desk women comes across as blatantly racist and talks down to patients like they’re schoolchildren. It’s insulting and unprofessional. We, the patients, are the ones paying for this service — show some basic decency and respect

Worst response ever have been trying to make an appointment for over a month, sent insurance copy referral still says need to talk to my referral team which is never answer or call you back. Don’t waste your time trying to make an appointment, look for some other options. Highly not recommended.

Doctor Mini is an exceptional gynaecologist and attends to every patient without any hurry and ensures all questions are answered before she goes to her next patient. I am grateful to have her as my gynaec because of which i had a successful VBAC. Entire experience at Richardson hospital was nothing but a breeze for us. Thank you Doctor for everything!
