The doctor herself is excellent, but her staff and front desk are an absolute nightmare. One of the front desk women comes across as blatantly racist and talks down to patients like they’re schoolchildren. It’s insulting and unprofessional. We, the patients, are the ones paying for this service — show some basic decency and respect
Worst response ever have been trying to make an appointment for over a month, sent insurance copy referral still says need to talk to my referral team which is never answer or call you back. Don’t waste your time trying to make an appointment, look for some other options. Highly not recommended.
Doctor Mini is an exceptional gynaecologist and attends to every patient without any hurry and ensures all questions are answered before she goes to her next patient. I am grateful to have her as my gynaec because of which i had a successful VBAC. Entire experience at Richardson hospital was nothing but a breeze for us. Thank you Doctor for everything!
Omg… took months to call and make an appointment with obgyn. Schedulers kept saying that coordinator would call me but never call. Then I called back and complained. Coordinator accidentally was in office after months calling. She told me that it was my phone which blocked her but other people in her office had called me without issues. Great experience!!! Wait time was fast. The Doctor was SO sweet and kind. I felt like I could talk to her all day! She was so Knowledgeable!
